File Manager

You can use the File Manager application to manage the contents of your microSD

card. If the card memory is

full, delete content  les to free memory for other items.

NOTE

Your applications store settings and configuration information on the microSD

card. Be very careful when moving or deleting

files as missing or damaged files can cause applications to crash or fail to function.

Opening File Manager

1. From the Home screen, tap Apps > File Manager.

2. Tap the folder you want to view.

Music and image  les will be opened by their corresponding applications. Some  le types may not be supported

and will be unable to be opened.

Creating a new folder

1. From the Home screen, tap Apps > File Manager.

2. Select to the location where you want to create a new folder > Tap

Menu > Tap New folder.

3. Enter the folder name >

OK.

Managing  le or folder

1. From the Home screen, tap Apps > File Manager.

2. Find the  le or the folder you want to manage,

• Tap and hold the item you want to move to another location >

Move > Select the desired folder or location >

Tap Menu > Tap Paste.

• Tap and hold the item you want to rename >

Rename > Enter the  le or folder name > OK.

• Tap and hold the item you want to delete > Delete > “Selected  les will be deleted!” will appear on the screen > OK.

• Tap and hold the  le you want to share >

Share > Tap the application you want to use to share the selected  le.

• Tap and hold the  le you want to copy >

Copy > Select the desired folder or location > Tap Menu > Tap Paste.
