Language & keyboard11.10
Use the Language & Keyboard settings to select the language for the text
on your phone and for configuring the onscreen keyboard, including words
that you’ve added to its dictionary.

Touch to select language and region you want.
Android keyboard 11.10.2
For phones with physical keyboards, unmark to disable the onscreen
keyboard.
The Android keyboard settings apply to the onscreen keyboard that is
included with your phone. The correction and capitalization features affect
only the English version of the keyboard. Available options are as follows:
Vibrate on keypress
Mark the check box to have the phone vibrate briefly each time you touch
a key on the onscreen keyboard.
Sound on keypress
Mark the check box to play a brief sound each time you touch a key on
the onscreen keyboard.
Auto-capitalization
Mark the check box to have the onscreen keyboard automatically capitalize
the first letter of the first word after a period, the first word in a text field,
and each word in name fields.
Quick fixes
Correct commonly typed mistakes.
Show suggestions
Display suggested words while typing.
Auto-complete
Spacebar and punctuation automatically insert highlighted word.
User dictionary 11.10.3
Touch to open a list of the words you’ve added to the dictionary. Touch
a word to edit or delete it. Press Menu key and touch Add to add a
word.

You use the Accessibility settings to configure any accessibility plug-ins you
have installed on your phone.
Accessibility
Mark the check box to enable all installed accessibility plug-ins.
KickBack
Mark the check box to have the phone vibrate briefly as feedback as you
navigate the user interface, press buttons, and so on.
TalkBack
Mark the check box to have an installed speech synthesizer speak the
labels or names of items as you navigate the phone’s user interface.
SoundBack
Mark the check box to play a sound as you navigate to the phone’s user
interface.
